    Personally, we love gold-plated (metal with a thin layer of gold) and stainless-steel jewelry. The thin layer of gold applied to the top of the metal is 0.0025mm  thick and consists of 14K white gold.

     

    This layer is applied over stainless steel jewelry. Gold plated pieces of jewelry are a great alternative for real gold jewels and will last for years.
