IN WHICH CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
In the following cases, for example, except for personalized or defect items:
I chose the wrong size and I would like to change it
The product is not what I expected and I would like to return or exchange it for something else
I received my order in bad condition
The products that are exchanged or returned must in any case be in new condition and show no signs of use, otherwise Label Lueur cannot accept the return. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Label Lueur in perfect condition. It is best to use the box in which the order was delivered. If products are received at Label Lueur in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the return as requested. The period in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 14 days, calculated from the day the order is delivered.

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
If you want to exchange a product for example, a different size, you can mention this in the return form. We will contact you within 2 days.
If you wish to return a product, you will be informed after completing the return form. Always return your return including the supplied return form. When the package has arrived at our warehouse and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will then be deposited into your account within five (5) business days.
Label Lueur is not responsible for lost packages and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition. Therefore always send your package with a Track & Trace service.
WHAT IS THE RETURN TERM?
You can return your package within 14 days from the day of delivery.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNING MY ORDER?
The costs regarding returns are for the account of the consumer. The costs for returns are €3.95. These costs are deducted from the return amount.
